QUICK BIOGRAPHY:

A graduate of Columbia, where I studied US history and won the Harry S. Truman scholarship for Massachusetts, awarded f/ academics and promise to go into public service (scholarship was paid for by the US govt helping to pay a good portion of my college and law school expenses), + Georgetown Law, I have fought for over 40 years to stop government oppression, and all oppression!  

I believe that God only put us on earth to help others, including animals and plants, and is judging us every second by how well we do so!

SEVERAL years ago, at a public hearing about whether the public wanted to close the San Onofre nuclear plant that was leaking radiation, I spoke and said many scientists, including many government scientists, said there was no such thing as safe levels of exposure to radiation, then asked each of them to go on the record with what amount of radiation they considered safe!  They stammered and each gave a different number!  Then I was mobbed at the end by lots of little kids screaming "EPIC!" and a few Jewish Grandmas too, wishing me luck on my campaign, becasuse I mentioned I keep running for president!  

They closed the plant, Thank God and President Obama!  (Who I'm still angry at over fighting the drug war and arresting 10s of millions of innocents for victimless and/or  consensual activity he'd engaged in himself, deportating 3m innocent immigrants whose only crime was workng as hard as they can at the hardest jobs in the world, for killing many innocent civilians by continuing the Afghanistand and Iraq wars instead of ending them day 1 as he should have.

And here we are.  We closed dangerous leaking San Onofre, and now need a wealth tax for some free energy, and food too, and even drugs, as it's better than the current drug war!  Can put the gangs out of business w/o one police person, w/o one arrest, w/o one person getting tortured or enslaved in jail (2.2m in jail every second, 10m arrests in usa/ yr 100m ppl w/ criminial record, most who never hurt or even robbed anyone, ever!  We can end most addiction and most violence and certainly most accidental overdoses or poisonings, w/o one police person getting shot (God-forbid!)!  How? By having govt distribute many drugs for free, and legalizing everything!  Everything? Everything!

(Despite the fact I believe in legalizing all drugs, I also am against most ppl taking prescription drugs instead of trying to overcome mental conditions with safe anti-inflammation diet, exercise, and repurposing of life to focusing as much of our time as possible to what you love and helping others, and ourselves of course, or else we can't help others!)

NO MORE DRUG WAR: ANTI-"DRUG" PROHIBITION FOR OVER 40 YEARS!

I knew over 40 years ago, at the height of the drug war hysteria when I was an unpaid intern in Washington, D.C. that Reagan's "war on drugs" would only cause mass suffering, murder, robberies+ poverty here and worldwide, and turn into mass slavery in jail, and billions of ruined lives! 

 I have run for president and governor for the last several decades, pushing to end attempted drug prohibition and prescription for over 40 years, to enforce our human rights to do to our bodies as we wish, thus allowing us to buy or sell whatever "drugs" we wish!!  I knew that I was right that most, or at least a high percent, of the country used "illegal drugs", and also knew that most of the country would come to oppose the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, and figured it would be easy to win the presidency!  But with no money for publicity, it's been hard.  I do not intend to lose again!

I sued for three years first to block Trump from being inaugurated, then to remove him, because he lost by 3,000,000 votes to Hillary Clinton! The Supreme Court has interpreted the 14th Amendment's "equal protection" of the laws clause to mean that we all, of course, have an equal vote in every election!  No one had sued for the Presidential election, so I did, for three years!  I got no pay, no donations, and very little help, but I fought all the way to the Supreme Court, and even got Justice Roberts to recuse, by suing him too, b/c he showed he believed Trump was legitimately elected by agreeing to swear him in!  While fighting the case, Trump appointed 3 judges, but we should be able to get them to recuse, because they'd lose their jobs if we win the case, because they were appointed by trump even though he wasn't legally president!  And even in this last election, the day before his inauguration, he thanked Elon Musk for rigging the machines!  Which should be enough evience that John Roberts should not have sworn him in the second time either!  

THE PLATFORM:

1) STOP ILLEGAL TRUMP TYRANNY!  Trump's order to send in the National Guard and Military into our nation's cities is based on the lie of a false emergency that our state couldn't handle.  ICE agents are racially profiling to attack, kidnap, enslave, torture (all jail is torture by removing from rest of society, and they will likely all be physically tortured too!), withouth being able to argue!  Newsom should have ordered the National Guard to not obey illegal dictator trump's illegal orders, especially when he's taking his orders from evil warmonger dictator Vlad Putin!! 

2) ENFORCE EVERYONE IN CALIFORNIA'S RIGHTS TO DO TO OUR BODIES AS WE WISH!  MEANING "DRUGS", "SEXWORK", "ABORTION", "GAY SEX", "GAY MARRIAGE" WHATEVER!  MEANING, yes, we even have human rights to buy+sell any plant and/or recipe from anyone!  AS PRESIDENT THOMAS JEFFERSON FAMOUSLY SAID, "The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others." PERIOD! SO, ANY supposed law that purports to steal a God-given right is by definition illegal and illegitimate!  The patriots who fought to create our nation and free us from tyrants, corruption and unfair crushing taxes would never have dreampt of allowing the government to arrest and enslave them, or us now, for growing or selling a plant, plant derivative, or new medicine we invented!  As Jefferson said, "Was the government to prescribe to us our medicine and diet, our bodies would be in such keeping as our souls are now." So no, our nation's founders never would have dreampt of allowing the government to tell them, or us, what we could consume!  And really, they would have opposed all these sales taxes, just as they opposed the British tea tax by destroying it all! (The 'Boston Tea Party', after which the "Tea Party" was named!)  They dressed as Native-Americans and murdered the British customs people!  Just like Trump's rioters attempted a coup with extreme violence on January 6!  So he pardons them all, then says he's pro "law and order"! What a crock of shit!  Nixon, Trump + all the Democrat Drug "warriors" them who supported calling some foods "drugs" then advocated, and still do advocate for most "drugs", arresting us for using or selling these "drugs" are very sick people!  First of all, as I'll say over and over and over, we have God-given, or if you don't believe in God, then mother-given, human rights to consume anything on earth as long as we can afford it!  

PS: Yes, I strongly believe in people who are not yet legally recognized as adults but know they are adult enough to know what their gender and sexuality is, and to know they are transvestites, I honor them highly, and their choice, and thier right to make that choice.  The only place I disagree with some people is on the issue of formerly male women whose bodies are at an advantage.  But if a woman transitioned to male in a sport that favors male bodies, that would be very fair for him to compete at any level, certainly, even though women are smarter, that is another issue.

3) WEALTH TAX TO PAY FOR OUR HUMAN RIGHTS INCLUDING HEALTHCARE, ETC., BUT ALSO ONE ARMED GUARD PER CLASS (unless the teacher wants to be armed).   

We have human rights to health care, childcare, education, etc., all of which are enumerated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights!  Yes, starting with human rights to food, shelter, right to procreate, so right to privacy of housing to enable procreation, also making jail for victimless and/or consensual activity illegal, b/c steals our right to procreate!  Right to education, and I'd certainly argue right to higher education today, or right to trade school, etc. 

When we have a right to food, that means govt has a responsibility to make sure that everyone has access to affordable organic produce and vitamins, even if that means free for people with nothing.  

Yes, we need background checks on guns.  But, I am scared to ban guns, b/c if we did that, we'd all be at the mercy of the people who kept their guns! 

As for honoring and enforcing our human rights, our "social" human rights as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights calls them, also means, in a capitalist society, making sure that everyone has a basic income!  Not $1,000 at birth, as Trump proposed, b/c that is not enough to make much impact in this country.  The amount we would need to have a major impact on peoples' lives would be $1-2k/month.  IF we can tax the super-rich enough to pay for that!  Which would be how much?

WEALTH TAX ON MULTIMILLIONAIRES AND ESPECIALLY BILLIONAIRES TO PAY FOR OUR HUMAN RIGHTS:

THE danger with picking an amount for the wealth tax is that there is an amount at which people would not switch countries to save money.  What amount would that be?  I think no more than a 10% tax on assets over $1B, 5% over $100M, 3% over $1M (But really, would start at $10M, unless we can get rid of property taxes and replace w/ a wealth tax that encompasses all assets, which makes far more sense fiscally and morally.  Now, as you may have figured out, we already have a wealth tax: PROPERTY TAX FOR LAND!  SO, the real goal, sos we can have equal schools statewide and nationwide, would be to have no more state or local taxes, which distribute funds unevenly based on wealth  and needs of the population, and no more sales taxes, which are by definition regressive, and just have taxes on income above $100k, and taxes on all property over $100,000, or even $1m, taxed.  All comes down to having govt guarantee we're all meeting our  human rights, and how much we need to do that!  

HOMELESS "SERVICES" SCAM: California has spent $24B on SHELTER, NOT HOUSING, SINCE 2019!  But the number of homeless, even though they severely undercount, they still say increased by 30,000!  But, Nationwide they sued to say USA had 500k homeless, now they say 750k!  I say: LIES!  in nation of 330m, must be more like 10m, 20m, 30m, at least, especially when add in people sleeping on friend's floors, on couches, in cars, etc.  But even according to their numbers, the number increased from 150k to over 180k!  https://www.hoover.org/research/despite-california-spending-24-billion-it-2019-homelessness-increased-what-happened 

For under $10k/homeless person we could house them in trailers w/ wheels they can take anywhere in the nation!  Work in one city one month, another the next!  And we could build large swirling open air parking structures to park them in!  Even if we start with building 1m units, that should cost no more than $10B, which is less than half of what they've spent for "services" like forced "drug" treatment!  Which does not work! Only voluntary "treatment" has been proved to work!  And even then, often very abusive, not supportive and loving!  Certainly not when there are police and courts involved seeing if you "piss dirty"!

"ANTISEMITISM" and ISRAEL/PALESTINE:

Stop conflating opposition to war to hating Jews!  Stop labeling people terrorists because they're protesting against war!  And damn well don't steal hundreds of millions of dollars from universities in the name of protecting Jews!  All lies!  Was there, is there, some Jew hate? I'm sure!  I've really heard very different accounts from different people!  But the anger was really against anyone who supported the war, even though, obviously, Hamas terrorists started it w/ the sickening October 7 massacre. 

I spoke to my "little" cousin (21 now I think!) Rose, at Barnard, which was my incredible Mom Joan's (who just died, and I miss so much!) alma mater, and she just loved loved loved so much!  She was in the Greek Games, playing some Goddess I think!  And she was!  Till the day she died!  So brilliant, piercieng, hilarious!  we laughed so much!  so mcuh!  oy!  But Rose, who talked w/ me f/ 1/2 an hour, was adamant that the protests were against the war, and all that Israel was doing, but anger at Hamas too, but just not hatred of Jews, just really at the war, and people who supported Israel , pobably. So, that means Jews?  From how I discussed it with her, no, you could say you were Jewish, love all people,  including Israelis and Palestinians, and support two nations with equal rights for all citizens, and they would then say, that person isn't "Zionist," which they see as supporting expansion into Gaza and West Bank, but really, Zionism is supposed to  be the opposite, and support nations for both groups which see each other as so separate as to be worried about civil war again if they joined again.  That is the danger then: eternal civil war vs eternal war both external and internal!  What a total mess!  A nightmare really, when all most Jews and Palestinians want is peace and prosperity and joy and community and love and family for all!   But using these anti war, and often ant-Israel, protests as excuse to say these people hate Jews, these protesters sympathize with terrorists when those students were sickened and horrified by the Hamas attacks on 10/7 and then by Israel's unrelenting attack back.

But as to the "antisemitism": ( there's no such thing as "race" according to scientists, so there's certainly no such thing as a "semitic race"!  Just say "hatred of Jews" or "Jew Hate" (but that could be misinterpreted, I guess, but likely not!)   

As governor, I will not let trump and his thugs rob universities, and thus all of us, blind in the name of helping Jews!   

Israel should have negotiated with Hamas terrorists from day one to free the hostages for the prisoners, "All for All", as the hostage families say.  That's what they should have agreed to!  Netanyahu didn't because he didn't want to risk jail ifhe agreed to peace, because his govt would have collapsed!

If Israel hasn't ended this war by the time I'm governor, we should make sure California residents aren't helping Israel continue this mass murder of civilians, even though they decimated Hamas long ago, but no, they'll likely never surrender, but may agree to a truce, which if both sides try hard and are lucky, may last forever!

"Affirmative Action": I oppose all groupings by ethnicity, including by the false concept of "race"!  But do support all banned books, and teaching real history of oppression in world and USA, especially slavery, still haunting us today 2/ 2.2m ppl in jail, disproportionately black and brown, bust still 1/2 white, mostly innocent, jailed f/ unconstitutional #victimlesscrimes!

LGBTQ RIGHTS, SEX, AND MARRIAGE:

I'VE ALWAYS supported equal rights and love to all people, including Lesbian Gay Bi Trans and Queer and all other-defining people!  I'm furious to hear that some people are blaming the murderer for being trans for somehow causing the murders, which i s just absurd!  I'd be more worried if that person was on prescription drugs of some bad cocktail!  Or maybe just pure evil!  So horrible! Mourning those killed in Minneapolis and praying for those maimed and fighting for their lives and to heal!  Praying hard for miracles! 

Spying, by govts or companies: 

I oppose all spying, and will enforce the 4th Amendment of the Constitution and ban all spying!  And Ban all "back doors" that allow governments to spy on us too!  They not only violate our rights, but will open the internet to hackers, govt and otherwise, like Putin and Xi's armies of coders!

BAN SELF-DRIVING CARS AND TRUCKS!  HOW DARE THEY KILL US ON THE STREETS?!

And yes, we must ban self-driving cars!  But we can allow the tech to be used if someone has a health emergency while driving, but only then!!

Environment: We can employ anyone who wants a job to clean up the garbage in this state, and nation, and world, and to work on clean energy too!  Including clean incineration of garbage!  But, too soon to mandate going to electric cars, as China controls all the battery materials right now!  If that changes, then we can and should change the law!

We should have some amount of free electric, free water, free gas for car, basic amounts for everyone!

NO LOCKDOWNS EVER AGAIN!

I OPPOSED Covid lockdowns, and will never allow Lockdowns in California again, or even venue restrictions!  People want to dance, indoors, then I won't argue! Killing the economy was too devastating, as we knew it would be!  

And could have saved almost all the lives, prevented most deaths, and saved the economy / just by getting everyone to eat strict anti-inflammation diet, esp low carbs, high (healthy) fat diet!  As we all should!

We will ban all pesticides and glyphosate in our beautiful state, to save us all, including the bees and butterflies!  And frogs and toads!   And stop subsidizing sugar, non sugar substitutes, all that poison!  fresh or frozen produce, omega 3 from "seaweed", done!
